Biography
Rabbi Chaim Cowen went to Yeshivah College in Melbourne before pursuing Rabbinical studies in a variety of overseas locations. He is a student of Viktor Frankl’s school of psychology (Logotherapy), holds a Master of Laws (JD) degree from Monash University and an Education degree from Bar Ilan University. He is currently a doctoral candidate at Victoria University, researching methods of improving commercial Batei Din in Australia. He is married with three children and is Deputy Principal at Leibler Yavneh College.
